A Recap On 2022:
For our agency, 2022 has been a year of innovation, evolution and above all else – growth. Economic challenges have plagued consumers and businesses alike, requiring transformations in the shape of workforce, operations and strategy. Our team has worked tirelessly to make the past 365 days as successful as possible, and our efforts have paid off tremendously.
As this year comes to a close, we have begun planning for 2023 while reflecting on the achievements we have reached.
2022 brought with it a number of high-profile site launches at Groove Commerce. While we don’t have time to focus on all of them, we do want to call out a couple of stand-out examples.
Looking to bring their online presence into 2022, Dippin’ Dots contracted Groove Commerce to create an all-new eCommerce store that would update their outdated BigCommerce instance. The primary goal of this project was to capture the fun and imaginative spirit that Dippin’ Dots has embodied for so many years, while also enabling customers to purchase products online.
To solve this challenge of ice cream melting before consumption, our team built a customized shipping calendar and date picker that is integrated into BigCommerce’s optimized one-page checkout.
This functionality allows users to select specific delivery dates, view blackout dates and see corresponding shipping methods and shipping costs prior to selection. To accomplish this customisation, our back-end development team leveraged Advanced Shipping Manager
functionality to complement our custom development solution.
With this custom-built feature set, customers can plan for their Dippin’ Dots to arrive exactly one day before, or even on the same day as their next birthday party, cookout, or family get-together.

Ballard Industrial is an online and in-person business that offers industrial supplies, services, and solutions both to businesses and directly to consumers. Having been in business for over 70 years, this client has a vast wealth of knowledge in their industry. Unfortunately, their eCommerce platform was unable to facilitate transactions for most products offered, requiring customers to order through a phone call. US Open Shop
The US Open Shop came to our agency to create a fresh new theme for their existing BigCommerce site. This client came to us with a hard deadline for launching the redesigned website in time for the US Open – the merchant’s hottest selling time of the year.
The US Open team felt that their previous website lacked a connection to the elegance that their brand portrays. Clunky site design and sub-par imagery created a disconnect between the US Open’s online and physical presence. This resulted in many missed conversion opportunities, which would have resulted in increased revenue for the brand.
After our website design and development project was complete, we knew the results would arrive quickly. When comparing the two weeks of the US Open compared to the previous year, we saw the following results:

Why US Agency Awards
We’re humbled that nearly every website redesign project and marketing engagements throughout 2022 has been selected as the winner of an industry award. This high praise and recognition keeps our team moving forward with the pedal to the metal.
While these prestigious awards mean so much to our entire organization, we always felt that there was one missing component: an award for the agency itself.
