The word count does not include the company information at the beginning of the form, or the questions that entrants are required to answer.

WHO IS JUDGING THE AWARDS?
The awards are judged by a panel of respected industry leaders and experts.
The judging process includes pre-scoring to establish the shortlist, and panel meetings where entries are discussed and evaluated to decide on the winning entries in each category.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENTER?
All entries made before 23:59 on Friday 7th September 2025 will be charged an early bird administration fee of £205 plus VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries.
Entries submitted after the early bird close will be charged the standard administration fee of £260 + VAT, with the deadline for submissions being Friday 20th September 2025.
Entries submitted after Friday 20th September 2025 will be charged an administration fee of £335 + VAT and must be submitted by the extended deadline of 23:59, Friday 27th September 2025.

WHO CAN ENTER?
The Awards and judges’ welcome entries from individuals, teams, and agencies large and small.
Categories are divided into small, medium and large to ensure a fair competition.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?
The awards will be announced on the website on November 14 at 15:00 EST.
HOW SHOULD BUDGET INFORMATION BE PROVIDED?
Judges prefer to see real numbers in relation to budget and results, however percentage figures will be accepted.
We understand that sharing full budget information may not always be feasible due to client confidentiality however we can share a confidentiality document if needed, please email awards@dontpanicprojects.com for this document.
If you cannot provide exact figures you can use budget brackets for example ‘Up to 20K’ or ‘20K to 50K’ as an alternative. For judges, this approach is preferred to percentage submissions as it helps make a more accurate assessment.
